El Proyecto del Barrio is thrilled to be a part of the Caring4Cal initiative, a program that provides free training, free coaching, and up to $2,750 in incentives for current or prospective care providers to learn. Caring4Cal is designed to increase caregiving capacity in home- and community-based care settings.

Eligible Participants

To be eligible:
Caregivers must live in California
Caregivers must either work now in an eligible job role, OR be interested in becoming one of the eligible provider types in a home- and community-based setting
Eligible provider types include: HHA, CNA, RN, LVN, home-based CHW, Respiratory or Occupational or Physical or Speech Therapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or other licensed HCBS healthcare professionals.
